1.2 After we receive and process your request, you will receive a booking confirmation to the e-mail address you specified. The confirmation contains the reservation number and date, guest names, contact phone and email, number of guests, amount due, what is included in the price, terms and conditions for deposit payment.
1.3 For group reservations, the hotel requires a deposit in the amount of 50 (fifty) % of the total amount of the reservation (unless another amount to be paid as a deposit has been agreed between the parties). We expect payment from you within 5 (five) working days after receiving the confirmation. The rest of the amount of your entire reservation is paid on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a reservation for which a security deposit has been transferred, the penalties described below in the cancellation policy apply.
1.4 If a deposit is requested in advance, your reservation is valid and considered to be finally CONFIRMED after making the specified payment for the specific request and receiving confirmation of it by e-mail.
1.5 In the case of cancellation of a reservation two days before check-in, a fine equal to half of one night's stay is paid.

3.2 In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 10 (ten) days before arrival, the customer does not owe a penalty, except in cases of reservations made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations.
3.3 If you cancel the reservation up to 3 (three) days before arrival, you owe a penalty of 50 (fifty) % of the total amount paid as a deposit.
3.4 In the case of cancellation of the reservation less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
3.5 Hotel Berlin Beach, Sveti Vlas reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases, the hotelier:
– Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
– Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without paying a penalty to the same.
Check-in at the hotel takes place after presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the client. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will only be used in connection with your booking and will not be provided for any other purpose.
4.2 Rooms are checked out no later than 12:00 on the day of release.
4.3 Pets are not accepted!
4.4 No smoking in the rooms, common areas of the hotel! Designated smoking areas are distributed within the outdoor area of the hotel.
– For guests who do not comply with our policy, a fine of 50.00 BGN, which every Guest, Client and Visitor of the Berlin Beach Hotel gives their unconditional consent to be added to the bill of the room, the restaurant or demanded by the offender personally. The violator is also personally responsible for the administrative sanctions imposed by the competent authorities in connection with the violation.
4.5 We ask that every guest of the hotel be considerate of other guests. Making noise, loud music and banging on doors are not tolerated. In case of misunderstanding on the part of the guests, they will be asked to leave the hotel. The monetary value of the overnight stay will not be refunded.
4.6 When using the hotel's services / restaurant and common areas / guests and visitors of the hotel should not disturb the peace of the other guests.
4.7 We offer breakfast from 7:30-10am.
5.2 The hotel has the right to set prices different from those announced in the price list for the days of official holidays and for other periods expressly determined by the hotel.
6.2 Hotel Berlin Beach undertakes not to change the price of the services paid by the client, except in exceptional cases , when economically justified.
6.3 Berlin Beach Hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, as well as for damages caused by third parties.
6.4 All complaints related to the quality of the paid services must be submitted by the customer on site at the hotel to remedy the deficiencies. The submission is made in writing. In the event that the claims are not satisfied, the customer should request a report from the responsible person. Within 3 (three) working days after its preparation, the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the hotel management.
6.5 When the customer makes a reservation, he enters into a contractual relationship with the hotel and accepts its general terms. Customers using Berlin Beach Hotel services must be of legal age according to Bulgarian legislation /over 18 (eighteen) years old/. Children are only admitted if they are accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives.
6.6 Sums for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the client's fault are not refundable.
6.7 Costs for additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
6.8 The customer assumes the responsibility to observe generally accepted norms of good behavior during his stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are owed by the customer.
6.9 Customers must not leave their children unattended on the hotel premises. The Berlin Beach Hotel team is not responsible for persons under the age of 18 left unattended.
6.10 Berlin Beach Hotel reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
